Returns & Exchange Policy

If you want to return a product to Birds of Condor, please consider our returns policies below.

IF YOU ARE IN AUSTRALIA

FLAT RATE RETURNS

If you decide to return a product because you have changed your mind, you don't like it or it doesn't fit then you will be charged a $10 handling fee to help cover the cost of return shipping and re-stocking. If we are sending a replacement product then Birds of Condor will pay for shipping the replacement. Returns can only be lodged within 21 days of us sending your order.

If you are sending headwear back please make sure it is in original condition with tags attached including the inner cardboard insert.
It must be sent back in a box.

OPTIONS

If your order qualifies for return then you can choose to:

Replace it with a new product
Get a store credit
Get a refund

EXCEPTIONS

Sale items can not be returned.

International returns are handled on a case by case basis and you need to email a return request to us at hello@birdsofcondor.com

Please be aware that Birds of Condor currently ship all orders from Byron Bay in Australia. We invest heavily in fast and reliable international shipping so you can get our goods from all over the world. We don't encourage international returns at all because it's just really expensive.

If we make a mistake by sending you the wrong or defective product, rest assured we will make good with a new shipment, but if you change your mind or buy the wrong thing then we do not guarantee that a return will be possible.
