If you want to return a product to Birds of Condor, please consider our returns policies below.
Final Sale Items
All purchases of archive sale items are considered final. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. Final sale items are clearance items or end-of-season styles. You are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law if your product is faulty.
Returns within Australia
If you decide to return a product because you have changed your mind, you don't like it or it doesn't fit, please email hello@birdsofcondor.com
How to request a refund via email:
| ✅ | Make sure you include your order number. |
| ✅ | Returns must be lodged within 21 days. |
| ✅ | All apparel/accessories must be un-worn/un-used in original packaging with tags attached. |
If your order qualifies for return then you can choose to:
| ✨ | Exchange for a new size/different product |
| 💳 | Get a store credit |
| 💰 | Get a refund |
Exceptions
| 🚫 | Sale items can not be returned. |
| 🚫 | Returns of returns are not accepted |
International Returns
Note that all international orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
