SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

Allow for 3 - 10 business days delivery period once an order is placed.

All items are shipped via Australia Post and all items will be trackable once shipped.

DELIVERY COSTS

FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Australia. 

US/CANADA flat rate $10 for regular post - FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150

Rest of the world flat rate $15 for regular post - FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150

USA EXPRESS SHIPPING Flat rate $25 up to 2kg

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

For international customers, allow 10 -12 working days, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. 

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We cannot mark International Orders as a gift to bypass or reduce any customs fees. 

For Express Shipping to the USA allow 4-5 business working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to hello@birdsofcondor.com

Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original purchase tags attached and in the condition that they were received.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.

We do not offer returns or exchange on hats.

Birds of Condor takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only.

All other shipping costs associated with the returns or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
