All orders are carefully wrapped & packed by hand in Byron Bay, Australia.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Allow 3 - 5 business days to the metros and 5 - 7 business days to the bush for delivery time.
Orders are shipped out same day if placed before 2pm or next business day if placed after 2pm.
All items are shipped via Australia Post and are trackable.
SHIPPING TO U.S.A & INTERNATIONAL
For international customers allow 8 - 10 business days for delivery.
For Express Shipping to USA & CANADA allow 5 - 7 business working days.
Shipping rates do not include relevant country import duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and is the responsibility of the customer.

$10 flat rate for standard post on orders within Australia and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50
USA & CANADA $15 flat rate for standard post and FREE SHIPPING on orders over USD$100. Express Shipping flat rate $25
UK & Europe $20 flat rate for standard post and FREE SHIPPING on orders over USD$100.
At this time there are delayed shipping times due to COVID-19. Therefore rest of the world requires an express shipping service being a flat rate of $25 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over USD$100.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICYRequests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original purchase tags attached and in the condition that they were received.Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.
We do not offer returns or exchange on hats.
