If you want to return a product to Birds of Condor, please consider our returns policies below.
Final Sale Items
All purchases of archive sale items are considered final. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. Final sale items are clearance items or end-of-season styles.
Returns within Australia
If you decide to return a product because you have changed your mind, you don't like it or it doesn't fit, please email hello@birdsofcondor.com
How to request a refund via email:
✅ | Make sure you include your order number. |
✅ | Returns must be lodged within 21 days. |
✅ | All apparel/accessories must be un-worn/un-used in original packaging with tags attached. |
If your order qualifies for return then you can choose to:

💳 | Get a store credit |
💰 | Get a refund |
Exceptions
🚫 | Sale items can not be returned. |
🚫 | Returns of returns are not accepted |
International Returns
International returns are handled on a case by case basis and you need to email a return request to us at hello@birdsofcondor.com
Please be aware that Birds of Condor currently ship all orders from Byron Bay in Australia. We invest heavily in fast and reliable international shipping so you can get our goods from all over the world. We don't encourage international returns at all because it's just really expensive.
If we make a mistake by sending you the wrong or defective product, rest assured we will make good with a new shipment, but if you change your mind or buy the wrong thing then we do not guarantee that a return will be possible.
