Sizing different from green version

First off, I love the style, textiles & comfort of this hat! I bought the green version and loved it so much that I ordered the red version. However, I'm disappointed that the sizing of the two hats are completely different. The red version has to be on the last button clasp in order to fit (very snuggly) on my head, whereas the green version fits comfortably on my head on the 4th and 3rd to last button closures.
